Signs of an off-track problem

• One or more rollers are outside the track
• The door is visibly tilted
• The door jams at the same point
• A track is bent, loose or damaged
• A cable has become loose at the same time

Do not force the door

If the door is crooked or a roller has left the track, stop using the opener. The weight of the door and stored spring force can make uncontrolled movement dangerous.
