What to observe
- Does it stop at the same point every time?
- Is one side higher than the other?
- Do you see a loose cable or broken spring?
- Does the opener reverse or continue running?
- Is a roller binding?
If the door is crooked
A crooked door can indicate a cable problem or off-track condition.
