Check for obstructions
Clear the doorway and inspect the lower track area for anything interfering with travel.
Check the safety sensors
Make sure both sensor lenses are clean, aligned and unobstructed. See sensor troubleshooting.
Look for mechanical resistance
If the door binds, jerks or rubs, an opener adjustment may not be the real fix. Rollers, tracks or door alignment may need attention.
