Track problem signs

• Visible bend or dent in the track
• Track has pulled away from its mounting points
• Rollers repeatedly bind at the same location
• Door rubs heavily against one side
• Door has partially come out of the track

Track problems can have another cause

Before assuming the track itself failed, check whether a cable or roller problem is pulling the door out of alignment.

Stop if the door is unstable

A crooked or partially off-track door should not be forced with the opener.
